I always thought Burnie’s should be called Pilot Talk 3 instead, but tacking it to the end of this release might tire out listeners. Corner Boy P, T.Y., MadeGroceries, Neno Calvin, and Great White Stylez.
Producers: Curren$y (exec.), Damon Dash (exec. Pilot Talk was the result of Curreny moving to Tribeca and throwing in his lot with Dame Dash’s bizarro DD172, a venture that pulled in the likes of Big K.R.I.T. The sequel arrives some months later, with another project creating a trilogy in 2015. Pilot Talk 3 isn’t as good a Pilot Talk release as Weekend at Burnie’s, a lovely little record that rivals the first two tapes in the trilogy.
